How do I book a cleaning service?
You can book online, text, or call us at (404) 721-3523. Just select your cleaning package, pick a date, and we’ll handle the rest!

How do I pay?
We accept Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Cash. Payment is required upon booking to secure your appointment. (No checks accepted.)

What information do I need when booking?
Please provide:

• Name & Phone Number
• Full Address
• Type of Cleaning Needed
• Preferred Date & Time
• Any Special Instructions (secure entry details, pet preferences, extra requests)

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, as long as we have secure entry access. You can leave instructions, and we’ll take care of everything while you’re out.

How long does a typical cleaning take?

Standard Cleaning: 1.5 – 3 hours
Deep Cleaning: 3 – 5 hours
Move-In/Move-Out: 4 – 6 hours
Post-Construction: 5 – 7 hours

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No! We bring professional-grade cleaning products and equipment to ensure a spotless finish. If you prefer us to use your supplies, just let us know when booking.

Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning options?
Yes! We use non-toxic, pet-safe, and eco-friendly products upon request. Just select the Eco-Friendly Cleaning Add-On when booking.

Are there any additional fees?
Our pricing is upfront and transparent—no hidden fees. If extra services are needed (excessive pet hair, deep stains, or organization), we’ll discuss pricing with you beforehand.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes! We’re pet-friendly and know how to handle pet hair and dander. If deep cleaning for pet-related messes is required, a small additional fee may apply.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
We take quality seriously. If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll come back to fix it—100% satisfaction guaranteed!
